who i’m

hello my name is Isha Rastogi

After 11 years abroad — US labs teaching me emotional balance, UK research showing stress in crises, Australian clinics perfecting child communication — I saw a gap back home. In Lucknow, families face the same child puzzles (big feelings at home, school worries, moving abroad strains) but with fewer clear answers. Abroad, I used ADOS-2 and PBS to help kids speak their needs; here, many still see quirks as “”bad habits”” or fate.
